- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Woeful! Took an hour to get a drink order, multiple order stuff ups and I had to go to the bar to collect our bottle of wine after waiting 40 minutes for it to arrive on the table. Really annoying as the prices are expensive and when the food does arrive it's actually pretty good - just completely let down by a lack of service.By Pat Smith, November 12, 2016
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Two of us went in on Tuesday at 7:30pm (saying this to emphasize it's off peak) without booking. The waiter told us to wait to be seated while there were abundance of tables available, we waited for 10 mins, not a single waiter/waitress looked at us or attempt to talk to us at all, felt completely unwelcomed. We were like why are we here for and simply walked out. While walking out, again, nobody gave a damn about us.
